FAB recognizes that the COVID 19 pandemic may make it difficult, if not impossible, for many arts organizations to present their previously approved programs for 2021.  If there is a need to make changes to your FAB granted program, you MUST get prior approval by the Grants Manager.  The Grants Manager will consider your request and respond to you directly.  

This official  FAB 2021 Grant Change Request Form must be completed to begin the change approval process. Please answer the questions on the Change Request Form as best you can.

FAB will be reviewing change requests for 2021 differently than in the past.  Rather than focusing exclusively on the program or project, we will take into consideration your plan to address your organization’s sustainability. We will be flexible in our considerations.  Please note that all changes must be approved in advance for your organization to receive funding.
